These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 999zc (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://999zc.cam and all related sub-domains, mobile interfaces and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, creating an account or placing any wager or game stake, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

The Service is operated in English and is oriented towards players located in Pakistan. The Platform displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and references local payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for orientation purposes only. No such reference implies that any of these providers endorses, facilitates or authorises gambling transactions. Players must independently verify the compatibility of their chosen payment method with online gaming transactions under the terms of that payment provider and under applicable law.

The following terms have the meanings ascribed to them in this document:

"Account"

The individual registered user account created by you on the Platform, linked to your verified identity and used to access the Service.

"Balance"

The aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account, denominated and displayed in PKR.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free bets or matched-deposit amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed or as otherwise required by the operator.

"Platform"

The 999zc website, mobile interface, applications and associated services accessible at https://999zc.cam.

"Restricted Jurisdiction"

Any country, territory or region in which accessing or using the Service is prohibited or requires a licence not held by the operator.

"Wagering Requirement"

The minimum aggregate wager amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount.

"User"

Any natural person who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have created an Account.

To register an Account and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws of the country in which you are located, whichever is higher.
2. You must be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You must register using your true legal name, date of birth, residential address and other information as required during the registration process. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. Each Account must be registered and used by one individual only.
5. You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another Account on the Platform that has been suspended or closed for Terms violations.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer or director of the operator, any affiliated company, any software provider or any other party that has access to non-public pricing or outcome information relevant to the Service.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly, through a third party, using different identities or via shared devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 999zc will never request your password via email, live chat or telephone. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at the support email address set out in Section 16.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date. Any change in your name, address, contact details or payment information must be communicated to the Platform promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawal processing or result in Account suspension pending verification.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. The Platform reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to deduct a monthly administrative charge from the Account Balance, as specified in the operator's current fee schedule. You will be notified before any such deduction is applied to the extent practicable.

All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These figures are set by the operator and may change without prior notice.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available in the cashier are determined by the operator's current configuration. Pakistani users may see options familiar to the local market — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as well as card and cryptocurrency options where supported. The listing of any payment provider name does not imply that the provider endorses, supports or authorises gambling transactions. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method permits the intended transaction under that provider's terms and applicable law.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension.
• The Platform does not accept cash deposits or payments made via wire transfer from unverified sources.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are subject to network confirmation requirements. The PKR equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate displayed in the cashier at the time the deposit is credited.
• The Platform reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions. The Platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the operator's current cashier documentation, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers or KYC review queues.

6.1 KYC Requirements

Before any withdrawal is released, the Platform requires satisfactory completion of identity verification. Documents typically requested include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., a screenshot of the registered mobile wallet).

The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and deferral of withdrawal processing.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The Platform may withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are the proceeds of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Any bonus, free bet, reload offer, refer-a-friend reward or other promotional credit offered by the Platform is subject to these general terms and to any additional terms specific to that promotion as displayed at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds restrictions and expiry date are specified in each promotion's individual terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 5,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. This is an example; actual requirements vary by promotion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Placing wagers in a pattern designed to reduce risk to a level inconsistent with normal play (e.g., hedging across markets with the sole purpose of meeting wagering requirements with minimal exposure).
• Colluding with other Users to exploit promotional structures.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a bonus.

7.3 No Guarantee of Promotional Value

Bonuses and promotions do not guarantee a positive return. Gambling involves inherent risk and the existence of a bonus does not alter the statistical expected value of any game or wager. All promotional descriptions on the Platform are subject to change at the operator's discretion and should not be relied upon as financial guarantees.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at any time, including before or after an event, where it has reasonable grounds to do so — for example, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the event has already commenced prior to the wager being placed (in pre-match markets), or where the wager violates applicable rules.

8.2 Errors in Odds or Game Outcomes

Where a technical error, manifest pricing mistake or software malfunction results in a wager being accepted or a game round being initiated at incorrect odds or with an incorrect outcome displayed, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Any winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable.

8.3 Cricket, PSL and ICC Markets

Markets relating to Pakistan cricket fixtures, Pakistan Super League (PSL) and ICC tournaments are offered for sports entertainment purposes. The Platform has no official affiliation with, partnership with, or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team or player. Market settlement follows the rules published in the sportsbook's market-specific terms.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are suspended and re-opened continuously as events progress. The Platform accepts no liability for delays in a User's internet connection that result in a bet being accepted at odds different from those displayed at the time the User initiated the wager. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Islamabad should note that mobile network latency may affect live betting submissions.

You must not use the Service to:

• Engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Use automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by the operator.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or betting engine.
• Collude with other Users to guarantee or increase winnings in a manner that undermines the integrity of the game.
• Access the Service from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Impersonate another person or provide false identification during KYC.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Transmit any malicious code, virus or harmful content via the Platform's communication channels.
• Harass, threaten or abuse support staff or other users.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where required.

The Platform is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools, which are accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap net losses over a defined period. The Platform will decline further wagers once the threshold is reached until the limit period resets or is increased following the cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an automatic notification or forced log-out when your playing session reaches a defined duration.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net result at intervals you set.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend wagering and deposit activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request full Account suspension for a minimum period specified by the operator. During self-exclusion, marketing communications will be suppressed. Requests to reduce the exclusion period are subject to a mandatory waiting period.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game engines, audio-visual elements, data feeds and databases, is the property of 999zc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the 999zc name, logo, trademarks or other proprietary materials for any purpose other than accessing the Service as a registered User.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 999zc or the relevant rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999zc and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Platform does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 999zc's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate.

The collection, processing, storage and transfer of your personal data in connection with your use of the Service are governed by the 999zc Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account operation is used for the purposes of identity verification (KYC/AML), account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have consented, marketing communications. Data is not sold to unrelated third parties for commercial purposes outside the scope of the Service.

You may review, update or request erasure of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Requests to exercise data rights should be directed to the support contact in Section 16.

999zc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will publish the updated Terms at https://999zc.cam/terms-conditions and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where reasonably practicable, Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-screen notification upon next login.

Your continued use of the Service after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as applicable.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal procedure, escalation options are set out in the operator's licence conditions and will be communicated to you at the time.
